$500 cash or certified check deposit only per unit. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. To qualify as a bidder, you must be 18 years of age. Title w/settlement which must occur Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday following the sale. DEPOSIT NOT RETURNABLE. All vehicles sold AS IS. (IMMEDIATE REMOVAL). There is no purchaser's fee added to government seized vehicles. A purchaser's fee will be added to all other vehicles.
